"Top Notch" Service

From start to finish, the first service of my 2007 335i at Braman Motorcars was top notch. My service advisor Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and made this first visit most commodious. I was even treated to a personal introduction to the technician, Carl, who would be performing the scheduled maintenance to my vehicle. Speaking with Carl was an apprising look at the steps Braman has taken to maintain well trained, top quality technicians.

"More than Completely Satisfied" with Braman

I am more than completely satisfied. I have never experienced the level of service provided by Braman. My car is always ready sooner than promised. Obviously Braman has organized a standard of service at many levels. The real difference however is my service provider, Jose. He treats me like I am the most important client he has. He makes everything as easy as possible. He explains what the car needs and what they have done. He positively scolds me when I don't keep my wheel rims clean and guided me in buying products and brushes that would help me at your service store. And I actually use them. This visit I came in expecting to leave the car. He told me if I wanted to wait a bit they could service the car right then. My choice. I waited for less than two hours. He checked on me three times in the waiting room. Once to tell me what was wrong. Once to see if I needed anything. Once to let me know what had been done and that they would be finished in a few minutes, which they were. My car was waiting out front. Jose is my Braman experience. My salesmen Todd was great, but  It is Jose who will bring me back to buy another car when the time comes. Meanwhile, I thank you for making this such a wonderful experience.

My advisor Jen was great. She even entertained my 2 year old daughter while we were waiting for the car to be pulled around. She explained everything and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. Every Experience "Wonderful and Enjoyable"

From the time I purchased my car From Juan Oliva to my first service experience I have been very impressed with Braman as a whole. Every experience has been wonderful and enjoyable, Robert my service rep was so thoughtful and helpful and took excellent care of me and provided me with a BMW loaner when there was not one avail. He kept in great contact with me about the status of my car and assured me that everything would be taken care of. I am 100% sure that I made the right decision to purchase my new car from Braman. We only waited about 3 to 5 min. and were on our way with a loaner, a new B.M.W. X-3. The service Rep. called and gave us an estimate. The car was ready on time. What a great job. I own a business and was impressed with the level of care. I`m a repeat customer, and I`ll be back.
I may purchase a new vehicle next year.

"Professional and Determined to Succeed Attitude "

My new assigned service rep, Wes Sampson, was the BEST service rep I have ever had at Braman. I didn't realize how much I loathed taking my car into service. I had a rather extensive and concerning repair and Wes took care of the entire process with a professional and determined to succeed attitude. He conveyed customer value, and made the repair process stress free. As I told him, I can buy a luxury car wherever I like, but with the level of service I just went
through, I will be looking at Braman for my next car. Service is the key, it's just that important.
